I ordered the two tables and you sent me four magnets. I emailed your Customer Service for Support and no one has gotten back to me. I need you to send the two tables I ordered and paid for immediately or refund me and send a call tag to pick up your magnets. There’s no excuse for this we’re not getting back to me when I sent a request for support through your support network. In addition, your phone number is disconnected. Product arrived incomplete only one magnet and 2 nuts. No other mountinf hardware. Also appears no way to contact the vendor. 🤷‍♂️ its a shame that Shop offers little if any customer service. This is rhe second bendor that has shipped substandard goods and little way to dispute the issue. At least Amazon holds vendors accountable.

Most of the negative reviews has to do with delays in shipping and lack of online support despite emails to the company. Once I recieved the product 8 weeks post order it was very simple to assemble and no missing screws. The magnets are strong enough to place smaller camping items as seen on the advertising. Make sure your vehicle has a body that the magnets can be used. Good for a G wagon and the back side of a Ineos Granadier. Good luck.

The screws were stripped. Should have added lock washers so the magnets stay secure. The table should have been milled so the screw fits in the hole not above the table. Quite frankly I could have built this out of wood for a third of the price and would be better structurally and better esthetics Great idea but made it cheap.
